Alexander’s operating experience spans medical technology, customer and service operations, P&L leadership, team development, and strategic planning. He brings that experience to advisory work focused on leadership, strategy, and operating execution.
His practical focus is helping teams perform when conditions become difficult: clarifying the priorities, making sound decisions, aligning people, and creating the discipline to follow through. The work connects leadership judgment to what happens in the business each week.
Alexander earned his MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and was selected as a Center for Innovative Leadership Fellow. The fellowship reinforced his approach to present-moment leadership: listening closely, adapting to the situation, and translating insight into responsible action.
