A diagnostic is a fixed-fee engagement, typically two to three weeks. It includes an executive sponsor, interviews across leadership and the front line, an operating review, and a leadership working session. Access, timing, and scope are agreed before work begins. Some teams take the roadmap forward on their own; others continue with implementation or advisory support.
